*EASIEST* CHOCOLATE DREAM CAKE #shorts

Time to beat mid-week blues with this Chocolate Dream Cake🥰 Three layers of pure magic, this recipe is a must try if chocolate is your love language🥹🤌🏻

For the pudding

🫶🏻4 tbsp sugar
🫶🏻2 tbsp cornflour
🫶🏻1 +1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
🫶🏻1 + 1/2 cup milk
🫶🏻6 tbsp fresh cream
🫶🏻3/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped

For the Chocolate shell
🫶🏻3/4 cup chocolate, melted
🫶🏻Cocoa powder, for dusting

For the base layer
🫶🏻8 cake pieces
🫶🏻1/2 tbsp coffee powder + 1/2
cup warm water

Method
1. In a bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder and cornflour and give it a quick whisk.
2. Add milk and cream to the same mixture and give a good whisk to combine everything well.
3. Microwave the mixture for 5 mins, stirring after each minute. The mixture should be thick at this stage.
4. Add the chopped chocolate to the hot pudding mixture and mix till all the chocolate melts and no lumps remain.
5. Now for the assembly, layer some store bought chocolate cake in a 4 inch square dish. Pour the coffee soak over it and let it absorb.
6. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cake base. Refrigerate for about 1 hr till the pudding sets completely.
7. Pour the melted chocolate over the pudding and spead it evenly in a thin layer. Refrigerate again for 10 mins till the chocolate sets completely.
8. Dust some cocoa powder over the chocolate shell before serving.
