    If there's any time maintain problem happen,is there any bad affect like pain in thigh and knee joint,you can't even proparly walk……actually that happens to me so what can i do?

    Damn. The palpitation thing makes me remember my grade 9th PE teacher Sir Aquino. I didn't entered the dance project in the subject, and I wrote in my excuse letter that it's because of my palpitations. Which is a good reason to skip the project.
    But when he read it the other day in class, he told me that my reason was invalid. He said "Huh? Just because of palpitations?? If you don't have palpitations, you'll die"
    I even told him that I was diagnosed with it since 3rd grade, but for him palpitation is the beating of the heart. Agh, but the reason I wrote palpitation there is because, it's rapid and hurtful beating of my heart that occurs unexpectedly sometimes.
    Still, he didn't consider my excuse and gave me a 75 grade.
    I hate him because of that to be honest. I'll never forget.

    This was short and simple but i think its doing something. I dont need to work out. Im alredy pretty skinny but i want to stay healthy and strong. i will come back tomorrow and then take a break and come back again!
