  1. Please stop calling this mugs Stein! We in Germany call it Krug, doesn’t matter where. Stein is just a stone. And they where never made of stone. But grey clay… ????

  2. I don't care how many times they do it, I can't get used to the dining room as the front room.. The Bots always do an amazing job ????

  3. That Laura said, "Don't scratch the (red) walls, I thought, meant she wanted to keep those. No? Not my wish, particularly, just noted the comment.

  4. Sadly so many people, over the age of 55 move into condos that are kitchen+large room shotgun style condo. They with money and no idea how to design their new home. Yet no designers are showing how to best use those spaces.

  5. If this is the configuration that suits their lifestyle, more power to them! No one could have done it better than N&J. As for me, I would never close up a precious window to create, of all things, a bar.

  6. Is there a way to submit someone deserving for a renovation ? Or are they not looking for more people yet?

  7. My Uncle John and Aunt Dorothy, had a champagne party every Christmas day, and I loved the coupe with the hollow stem so the trail of bubbles continued, I have collected 7 so far, but if thats whats your drinking champagne out of, lucky, lucky you! OMG what is that on the sofa?! Gah!

  8. It's odd to walk straight into a dining room. If a business person or someone similar stops by, I guess they'd either have to sit at the dining table or go all the way to the family room. I suppose they could always decorate it as a living room if they wanted to. As for now, this seems to fit their lifestyle.

It's light, bright, open, and welcoming otherwise. What a beautiful transformation. I'm kind of surprised they went with brass handles after all in the kitchen. She seems like much more of a black handle type person. They loved it though. No doubt they will really enjoy hosting parties now!! Let the fun begin!! ????

  9. Hope they actually take care of their new stuff better!!!! Their old stuff is torn up!!

  10. It was well worth the wait. Where can we buy furniture like this?

  11. One of the things I like about this show is they know how to use color. The sterile, all-white design is a waste of their talent

  12. Fantastic renovation. But I'm wondering if they could have sold the home and use the cash plus the $175K to get a new place.

  13. Nate and Jeremiah you makes each house to a really home congratulations ????
