  1. I made this came out delicious! I borrowed from other recipes and I seasoned the fried pita with sumac and Aleppo pepper. I also added shawerma using tri tip meat. This is a great recipe

Cut the meat thin long slices in a baking pan it depends how much meat you are making put:
    2 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons of shawarma shawarma spice
    2 -3 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    1 chopped onion
Mixed and marinade for 24 hours
    Covered and baked next day

  2. Wow this looks amazing I love Lebanese food it's my favourite type of food. Is this traditionally a breakfast meal or more lunch/dinner. I will definitely be trying this out soon yay

  3. Sorry I know this sounds dumb but how do you eat it? like with bread or with a spoon or with rice??

  5. Habiba you missed a very important step we never eat the fatte unless you put samne or butter heated on top , you should hear it splash you should definitely try to add some next time ๐Ÿ™‚ Ahhh so yummi , your recipe is perfect and for the yogurt you can add only the garlic without tahine it depends on the taste of each person!
