  1. Sam, be careful how you joke about circumcisions. Mohels (the Jewish guys who do the snipping) work strictly on tips

  2. Why you gotta steal my name lol.
That's a gorgeous piece of wood there bud. Kinda jealous

  3. I thought for sure you were gonna dump 50 gallons of epoxy all over it

  4. Love your videos, Sam. Even though I am in no way a woodworker. I just like watching people make stuff. And I love your sense of humor.

  5. Sam, how beautiful is this, and the age of this wood, imagine what was going on in the world when this tree was a sapling.

  6. Sam you should know that hard and soft wood has nothing to do with a density of the wood has to do with a type of seeds

  7. Sam I really think you do amazing work, keep up with the cool stuff that you make!!

  8. Some people just want to suck the fun out of everything. You keep those jokes coming. Love watching you work and listening to the commentary.

  9. Beautiful work! I wish I had some wood as well hung as yours. Amazing the girth on that thing, must have been a sight to see when it was fully erect back in the day. Also, kudos on the creative way you mounted it, I can imagine how unwieldy wood that big. Lastly, I love the decision to reattach the nipped tip, and you were so lucky the tip didn't get lost, as most of the time they just get tossed. Once again, just impressive wood, you really put the "black" in Blacktail.

  10. Hi Sam. Great video as usual. Did this client just want this as a $10,000 wall hanging?? (Or whatever the hell he paid for it?). How far did you have to ship it?

  11. SAM: I love watching these videos. narration is spot on and so inviting and just makes me feel good. thank you
