In Mexico, we eat a rolled tortilla with some salt (aka a taquito de sal) and that usually dampens the spicy sensation and allows you to continue eating, I'm surprised they didn't try that one in any of the videos ????♂️

The whole "acidic" category isn't gonna work because the capsaicin binds to your taste receptors (ur taste buds), so you need a protein to unbind the capsaicin

Apple cider vinegar will help with spice because the acid breaks down the oil. I ate a scotch bonnet pepper once and it cooled it down almost instantly
