  1. I haven’t seen a single prime ad till date. Pls god don’t change that after watching this

  2. Here's where things get interesting, Sodium is super duper important in doing what sports drinks are actually supposed to do. However, Potassium & Magnesium do a freaking killer job together at preventing cramping and muscle strain. So drink your prime with a spoonful of salt in it if you want those extra benefits, and let the rest of the drink take care of your post workout, supplementing it with adequate stretching and rest. Also get some calcium, iron, & protein in ye!

  3. Mat pat says: it's every where"me who lives in germany:I never saw that drink in any store

  4. Food theory idea: since Ramadan is coming up, it could be a good topic to discuss the benefits/ discuss the best and worst foods for sehri (the morning meal) and iftaar (the evening meal)

  5. My theory is that Prime isn't actually meant to be a workout drink. I think it was designed for the average gamer or couch potato. The average American diet is very high in sodium and rather low on potassium. So if someone is just replacing their soda or orange juice with Prime, they're better off with more potassium because they're already getting a lot of sodium from their food. And I think that's why it tastes closer to juice or something you'd be drinking around the house. It's not meant to be a workout drink, it's meant to be a casual day-to-day drink. And they'll sell a lot more bottles that way
