“This is a very nice garlic press. It is made of stainless steel and we found it very easy to use and to clean. In my video I press a garlic clove that has been peeled and one that has not been peeled. The results were amazing and the one that was not peeled was minced just as quickly and thoroughly as the one that was. (Please see the video.)
The press does require you to at least start the crushing process using two hands as the handles of the press are quite far away. After you are partially done pressing the garlic you can use one hand. The ergonomic handles were comfortable and easy to use.
Press is strongly built and the flip out basket made it easy to rinse out the press. After pressing the garlic 90%+ of the cleanup was done by simply rinsing the press in warm water for a few seconds. I gave it two swipes with a brush and it was as clean as new. This unit is dish washer safe and of course we will always clean it with hot soapy water or in the dish washer. I just did the quick rinse to see how hard it was to clean it up.
This is a good garlic press and I rated it at 5 stars.

I found another one on Amazon that I bought that is exactly the same. The solid stainless is great as it doesn't keep the smell and it's easy to clean. Also, it doesn't have pins that press the garlic through the holes. It's a sold flat stainless steel plate. I use fresh clove garlic in my home frequently. This would be a great addition to my kitchen, I can't wait to try it!

This garlic press seems to come out a lot cleaner than ones I've used in the past. Nice way to show that the cloves don't need to be peeled before putting them in the press.

I have got to try this garlic press. I have to chop and smash garlic. It looks like it leaves the garlic very finely smashed. I have never seen one that peels it too. perfect! We cook almost every meal with garlic. This would be a great time saver.
