    here is the FORBIDDEN recipe my EL COOKS 🔽
    335g Unsalted soften butter
    185g light brown sugar
    150g white sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 egg yolk
    450g AP flour
    10g corn starch
    4g Baking soda
    6g fine salt
    400g chocolate chips
    200g chopped pecans

    COOKIE WEIGHT 7-8oz
    OVEN TEMP 375F (190C)
    BAKE TIME 12-13 MINUTES
    the top should get a nice light brown color!
