Metabolic Chest Blaster Workout

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other for one round. Once you are done, rest for 1 – 2 minute and repeat for 3 TOTAL ROUNDS

Dumbbell Push Ups 0:54
Close Grip Chest Press 1:09
Alternating Chest Press 1:26
Chest Flyes (with Legs Off The Ground) 1:39

  1. These are amazing! I know there’s a lot of cons out there about these dumbbells but I have to say, right out of the box they look fantastic! They work very well and my workouts have been great and effective. Obviously you’re gonna have to take great care of these puppies, these ain’t those gym dumbbells bestgym.equipment at 24. Yeah, they’re made out of some type of hard plastic but they work great. I was afraid about how long they were and how that would affect my workouts but they haven’t at all. You work around it but doing alternate presses (i.e. shoulder, chest etc.), that works best for me so I avoid hitting them together. Otherwise, nothing but positives from these dumbbells May need to move up to the 1090s with how effective they are. A+

  2. For those "lacking in the pecs", you mentioned throw it in at beginning and end. Would twice a week with 2-3 days rest work, say Mondays and Thursdays each week?
