Try these homemade taco shells for a lower fat, preservatives, and sodium option.
Ingredients
8 corn tortillas
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350 F.
2. If you have wide spread bars in your oven, lay a tortilla over the bars.
3. If you are not comfortable with that, you can create a ‘bar’ of aluminum foil and place it on a cookie sheet.
4. Drape the tortillas over the bar and place in the oven until shells are crisp on the outside. About 5-10 minutes depending on your oven.
5. Use immediately.
