so i should delete or remove my gmail account before i hard reset and sell the phone so the next owner can sign in without needing my gmail and password to sign in? how do i do that please?…do i remove gmail account from android or pc or..?
I did the reboot process and when it came to recovery screen it let me scroll down to select yes on first screen but on second screen where it asks to delete all data user and factory reset it will let me scroll down to select yes but after I hit power button to select yes it freezes again and does nothing. Now what do I do at this point? Is there anything else I can try to bypass that?
