| Directions |
1. Stand in a push-up position with your feet out wide.

2. Descend into a push-up until the same side pec is just off the floor. Keeping your opposite side shoulder slightly elevated if necessary for better balance.

3. Press strongly back up to full arm extension.

4. Repeat for the recommended number of reps and switch to the opposite side.

  1. This is a cheat way to do 1 hand push up. This is not a real 1 handed push up. Ur not suppose to use ur hand on ur thigh for balance

  2. I know this video is old. But in what world is that a legit one arm push up? That's like doing curls and saying you are doing pull ups lol

  3. Do it without side hand support. Watch my channel : My Own Commando Training Part 6. I do 25 at one hand Total 50.

  4. He really made it look easy. Ik I’m not gonna get it first try but damn he really did make me feel like I can do it in one try.

  5. In 1986 I could do about 15! I'm not sure they're that good for you. It's a lot of awkward shoulder pressure. I think a heavy rucksack on your back and strict form is a better progression.

  6. Jesus, I can do 40-45 pushups in one go with two arms, but I tried even this beginner one arm pushup and I just couldn't do even one.

  7. Those are bullshit ones. Anyone half strong can do ones with legs splayed wide and torso tilting and twisting to the working arm.
