Never understood when people say they can't keep plants alive, it's not that hard.. maybe because i have a phd in thc that it's not hard for me to grow vegetables and fruit. Definitely can be time consuming though. I will say that.

Avocado seeds aren’t true to their parent tree. 1 in 10,000 avocado seeds planted will produce a good tasting avocado. Better odds to get a clone of a good variety or take your chances if you wish.
Make sure to peel the outer skin before you do this. He peeled before hand

This is cool but avocados are jot true to seed unfortunatley. You won’t get the same fruit as the mother tree
