  1. This the real deal Dirty Rice, just minus the chicken liver. But I'd honestly like trying it like this without it. Good job bro

  2. Both. Your dirty rice can be both a stand alone meal and/or a side dish.
As for the bay leaves, once the recipe is done I take mine and slice them very thin….then out them back in the food. Learned that from Chef Ricardo Adams.

  3. We made the Creole version after watching your Cajun Dirty Rice video. We enjoyed it so much a meal because it has the Italian sausage in it, we shared it with co-workers and family, it was a HIT! Thank you once again for sharing the wonderful recipe! I enjoyed your video! ☮????

  4. Almost exact what I do. Except I use slap ya mamma, oregano and thyme. Excellent work

  5. Cajun, l will make your dirty rice with fried chicken…. Definitely a side side for me! ???? Thanks!!!

  6. If you think about it, Popeye's is a Louisiana Restaurant but their Dirty Rice isnt so called traditional either. That's why theirs isnt callled Dirty Rice but its called Cajun Rice. They dont use sausage either. Its seasoned Ground Beef

  7. This looks so good, but I’m an amateur cook, I need measurements… where the link to the recipe? Help a brother out

  8. One great RETRO suggestion…. I LOVED your beginnings! But now you started speeding things up by not showing us amateur cooks visually exactly what each ingredient you’re using is. Now you just pan over all the ingredients in front of you and tell us to click on ingredient list below for the exact specifications. I don’t move that fast. Honestly that’s what took me to your channel, because with ads and all it becomes a pause and or rewind with more commercial ads and ingredient checks. Please don’t go too Commercial!
