  1. Despite having understood the simple answer, I don't think that's enough for most humans. Because much of what we do today, experience and live, go in the opposite direction of life. Living extremely artificial lives, eating processed food, alienating themselves with technology. So to stay motivated, in a plastic artificial life, it's really hard for most…

  2. This is what I'm doing, though I can't directly upgrading myself yet, I can at least gradually repairing myself so that one day I could functioning fully and when the time comes I'll be able to upgrade myself. The problem with overscoping yourself is something that people in game development must learn first thing when they started, otherwise they won't be able to finish the project before they given up on the path. That's why I had been readjusting the scope of my project over and over again, well right now it's in a good place and I don't think making it's much smaller gonna help me finish it since the requirements still the same(only a bit more workload or you could say grinding awaits after I achieved all the requirements). I know that my work is so significant, that's why I can't give up in the first place. But the problem I had was the scope itself. I put myself in the fast lane while my car is just a slow prototype of electric car, that's why I got overwhelmed and burnout a lot of time. I should pace myself even more, to prevent long-term burnout. I mean it's impossible for me to just go energetically everyday like how Sadhguru keep talking, it's just simply too much of a workload on my brain and body.

When pressure is mounting from every angle, it can be tough to keep believing in yourself. Whether you’ve had a recent knockdown or are getting started in a new endeavor, Decide what you want. Believe you can have it. Believe you deserve it and believe it’s possible for you because the greatest achievement begins from deep inside you *(YOUR MIND)
