3. I just bought the coconut oil yesterday. Are you supposed to melt it? I just don't know how to put it on. I have heard so many good things about coconut oil. I am looking forward to using it.

5. I have found that Dr. Bronner brand is the best tasting and best smelling brand on the market…. But I can only find it in the health food store 🙁 I did find it once in a Florida grocery store tho while on vacation 🙂

8. Awwww, I recently bought two jars of the Spectrum Oil. I actually like that it doesn't have the aroma (I don't like the smell of coconut oil), but I kept rewinding to to see the reasoning why you suggested the Living Valley, and if I understand correctly, it's because it's a more pure form versus refined? Do you think I'll get any results from using Spectrum brand?

Hello I just wanted to help you out a little bit you said to only use about 1-2tsp for smoothies and what you should actually use is 1-2 tablespoons to get any benefits from ingesting coconut oil 1-2 tsp will not really do anything for you. YOu need to use atleast 3/4 of a teaspoon for ex. I use about 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in my coffee in the morning with plain liquid creamer which is  really really good and I am not really a fan of coconut flavors in general. Also if you are interested in working out or protein shakes and things like that Do this recipe its awesome mainly it is a breakfast recipe or a snack. Recipe: 1-2 cups of coffee( I do about 1 Cup) 1-2 Scoops of vanilla Whey Isolate (I do Ultra low Carb whey Isolate because carbs are horrible for your body very bad stuff) 1 tablespoon of coconut oil…Use a shaker bottle or blender blend it up and you are all set really great flavor it taste like something from Starbucks I am not even joking it will also keep you full for a while.  Good Luck If you need more info on the recipe google; AM Accelerator Shake……http://strongfigure.com/accelerator-shake-recipe/

    Yea coconut oil is very good if you have natural curly hair.   You just watch your hair and apply the organic coconut oil on your hair and do not rinse. The hair will become very shiny and soft and it smells very good

25. This stuff is AMAAAAAZING! I use it on my hair. This stuff change the total texture of my hair. I thought I had really really course hair. I started using this and found out my hair is not as course as I thought it was. It was just really really dry and this exact same coconut oil changed that! Thanks for sharing the other ways I can use it!

26. I tried it on my hair also butttt then it made my scalp dry and itchy -_- lol. So now i just use it on my kids diaper rash and sometimes on my skin.
