I’m a first-year med student in Turkey. I’m taking a break from med school because of some personal and private reasons. I can not explain it yet but I will hopefully in the future.
If you are interested in which ethnicity do I have, I’m mixed. (Japanese-Turkish)
I was born in Japan but I grew up in Turkey. (But I visit Japan every single year)
Both of these languages are my mother language.
Iโ€™m polyglot and I can speak 4 languages fluently which are Japanese, Turkish, German, and English. If you donโ€™t think that Iโ€™m a polyglot check Cambridge or Oxford Dictionary.
Poly means multiple and glot mean tongue so yes I am ๐Ÿ™‚
I will be planning to upload lots of productivity-related videos, so stay tuned if you like those types of videos.

  2. Itโ€™s true, if I am looking forward to waking up I feel less tired.

  3. Why do I (want to) wake up early? It's something that I realized when I started getting my life together, and the point for me isn't so much how early (tho I used to get us at 4am for work), but knowing exactly when I will wake up. It's about the schedule.

If you don't know when you are going to wake up and how long you are going to wake up, you cannot schedule your time, and if you can't schedule your time, you are not in control of your life.

I feel passionate about this view, even tho i don't always practice or live up to it. I'm curious if you think this is a healthy or empowering mindset or not.

  4. Hi Ruri! I loved your tips. I've been watching a lot of your videos and enjoying them.
That alarm clock thing is so good, it really works.
In my case is natural sun light, but if your routine demands you to wake up really early, when the sun is still rising, I'd recommend you get one.
