I have to make ENCHILADAS once a week! Enchiladas Michoacanas Recipe

Today, I am cooking at home and making enchiladas Michoacanas. These red enchiladas are served with potatoes and carrots on the sude or even as a filling. The filling I am using today is cheese. You can also top it with what you prefer.

Welcome to the Simply Mamá Cooks YouTube Channel! I am a Mom to a blended Korean / Mexican American family who loves to share what I cook in my home. I am still learning and enjoy the process of making home-cooked food.

  7. Very Mexican! I've never seen those dried peppers in our UK supermarkets, but this isn't a recipe we typically eat here.

Good to see a meal where the fact it's vegetarian is incidental, and not even mentioned. We should all be aiming to eat less meat – for ourselves, for the animals and of course, for the planet. Good job Mama!

  8. I've always been afraid to make this recipe but yours is simple and quick besides looking tasty. Thank you so much for sharing. ????????

  9. Looks great! We ate these many times when we were living in Michoacan, usually with a piece or two of grilled chicken on the side. Yum.

  10. I think I can make those. I'd love when the corn tortilla is dipped in the enchilada sauce and then heat it up.

  11. You forgot, the to boil chicken, then fried it in the red sauce, and you don't put chicken bouillon in the sauce, you only add garlic, salt, and oregano
