Here is the detailed recipe of iftar special crispy bread potato roll

*RECIPE*
1. Take 3 boiled potato and mash them.
2. Now add a chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili, 1 tbsp red mirch powder, half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder and half tbsp amchur, 1/2 tsp of Jeera powder and coriander leaves.
3. Mix it well.
4. Make a roll shape of the mixture.
5. Take a bread and squeeze it after dip in water, and give it the shape as shown in the video with stuffing in it.
6. Coat with bread crumbs.
7. Fry in medium hot oil.
Serve it with ketchup or chutney.Enjoy.
