Not a good recipe. . Your ruing the freshness and the goodness of sprouts by pressure cooking. .
It ends up like something that is lifeless and unhealthy something to dip and wet your roti with .

Not too appetizing and boiled to oblivion,takes away the purpose of the "crunch"in sprouts.👎
