  1. Many people have genetically inherited conditions that make sleeping difficult. Sadhguru is over simplifying a problem that in many cases is difficult to fix.

  2. Didn't heard you talking about my neighbours, which are the MAIN ISSUE of my insomnias (noises)

  3. The messup it the people who won't see you for what you are and see you as lazy for something you can't fully help. The people who just won't see peoples qualites and only nag. There is always things to do for a better sleep but if it's hormonal it won't just go away. I can't just stop go to work or go to sleep just anywere. People wants to have a name for everything insted of accepting people and solve the problems.
