I visited your big store on Ghirardelli Square in around February 2019 with a friend. Our abiding memory, when we ordered ice cream and sat down in the dining area connected to the shop, was that it was full of pigeons who constantly flew onto the tables and left their droppings on said tables. There was also one pigeon inside the shop itself who wandered and flew around, and no one seemed interested in trying to shoo it out. I do hope your hygiene standards have improved since then.
