Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. After 1 round, if you have anything left in the TANK, then repeat for 2 full rounds

  6. Thanks for letting the viewers know not to dip their hips and keep the core tight during the burpee. I learned the hard way not to do that as I did the 100 day burpee challenge. I fucked up my lower back because I dipped my hips and didn't keep my core tight around day 60. My back was injured for a good six months. I think it was some kind of nerve and swelling issue. I saw a chiropractor for 3 months then I knew I just had to let it heal. It did and I am now ready to try next level burpees.
