  2. I used to be super thin and tbh her muscles are only showing because she's skinny, skinny people dont need much work when they work out for their muscle to show.

  4. To "show" your abs, you have to have a seriously low body fat percentage. She doesn't have ab lines because of those exercises. A "normal woman" has 19-22% fat. She probably has somewhere between 10-14%, where you start seeing ab definition.
