I bought Docs as a teenager because that's what teenagers bought back then. I used them extensively and they held up quite decently, but I never found them comfortable. Not once.

I was so disappointed. They were my last pair too. Been in surplus combat boots ever since. 90s-00s German para boots are the business!!

the people who originally wore these boots were culturally "raging against the machine" the people who wear them today are "carrying the machines water" oh how times have changed!
