  6. I always put lemon pepper on buttered green beans. My first culinary adventure when I was 5-6yo, still like it.

  11. Lemon zest butter would have been nice with lemon juice for that acid you were missing. At a much cheaper cost too. Looks great!

  12. Dude that lemon peppa! Lemon pepper wings are my go-to. I also employ the lemon pepper butter at the end, but also add a squeeze of lemon juice in the butter AND since we're going all in on lemon serve with lemon slices on the side.
    Last time around I used the 0-400 method on them after dry brine with salt+bp. Some super crispy lemon peppery wingy dingys

  15. You can just buy dry lemon peel online too. I've purchased dry orange peel for a liqueur. That could be a better option to still make it your own vs a store bought rub.
