    It’s been really hot in the Uk too, in fact 2 weeks ago it reached 104f. (I don’t do Celsius)

    Most houses in the UK don’t have air con, so it got really hot & uncomfortable. It was awful.

  6. I divide the big Costco bag of bacon bits into snack sized zip lock bags and then stick them in a big freezer bag. That way I can take out a recipe sized amount and they last forever in the freezer.

  8. How to tell someone lives in a very dry state (UT) vs. a very humid state (south FL – come on November!!): UT = bread sitting in the pantry, no problem. FL = bread sitting in the pantry – can you say moldy in less than 24 hrs??? All of our bread/torts/buns live in the fridge – they have their own shelf.
