    I normally eat lobster absolutely plain. Drawn butter kills the taste of lobster as far as I'm concerned.
    Your recipe, however, Ahmad, looks fantastic. I will prepare my lobster tails like this the next time I buy some. Thanks.
    Do you ever cook sea scallops? I'd love to see what you do with those. Thanks, again.
