  1. Thank you Lucy for yet another safe and effective workout. I was wondering … would it be possible to have a 5 min workout focused on lower abs? I have a well defined waist and strong obliques but I can’t seem to have results for lower abs. Eating is not an issue since I am eating a clean plant based diet. I’ve understood which exercises I should do but under your guidance it’s a totally different matter. ????❤
