Manchester United Sale: Sir Jim Ratcliffe visits Old Trafford

British billionaire and Ineos owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has visited Manchester United as he considers buying the football club.

It comes a day after representatives of Qatar’s Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani met with club officials.

They’re the only two contenders to publicly declare their intention to buy the club, which has been owned by the Glazer family since 2005.

  1. 35 seconds in, "Carrington, the clubs state of the art training facility ". Yes, this was actually true around 2001, before the glazers took over. It's now massively outdated

  2. Look at the PR mongering hahahaha. We want Qatar ???????? We want Qatar ???????? We want Qatar ????????. Qatari yesterday Qatari today Qatari tomorrow. WE WANT QATAR ????????

  3. If they really want to keep Man Utd British owned then they can't allow a Sheikh to over bid. Those guys have Townes of money and would pay 10bil of it meant another jewel in their living room..
