Workout has a lot of great exercises to help increase your power and explosivenessin the ring

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest..one after the other with no rest (do as many reps as possible with good form during the work period)

Rest for 2 minutes after you complete all 10 exercises and repeat for 2 more rounds – TOTAL 3 ROUNDS

  2. If you're NOT performing the movements, techniques and skills from MMA in your conditioning workout than you are NOT doing a MMA conditioning workout. This workout is NOT specific to MMA.

  3. It would be a shame if you did not lose weight when normal people do it so easily using Fat Blast Furnace (check it out on Google).

  4. It would be a shame if you did not get ripped when ordinary people do it  easily with Ready Set Ripped (go google it).

  5. Awful swings (bended back, sloppy shoulder), the push presses are not locked out on the top (why not doing military presses? more effective), bad move patterns. The box jump burpees are actually quite tough, however I miss the push ups on the low position.
