This workout shuold be done after your run, before your Muay Thai technique class or as a warm up to MMA training

Do this workout 3-4 days a week

FUNK FIGHTER KICK WORKOUT

ALTERNATE WALL TEEPS – 100-200 REPS
ALTERNATING KNEES – 100-200 REPS
POWER KICKS RIGHT LEG – 3 SETS 25 – TOTAL 75 REPS
POWER KICKS LEFT LEG – 3 SETS 25 – TOTAL 75 REPS
DOUBLE KICKS RIGHT LEG – 2 SETS 25 – 50 TOTAL
DOUBLE KICKS LEFT LEG – 2 SETS 25 – 50 TOTAL
ALTERNATING KICKS – 2 SET 10 – 20 TOTAL

  7. Powerful yeah, but he looks like the type that would put too much power into a kick and break his foot or his shin in a fight. I think Muay Thai Learners should condition their shins and feet against something hard regularly, and tense the muscles in the feet even in practise to avoid such injury and of course, to improve your fighting technique.
