    I recommend using the men's degree extreme protection. (I know it's for men) but if you're like me, you sweat LIKE CRAZY then men deoderant is a lot better option for you. I used the men's degree in the spray because I feel it won't wear out as much. Really recommend it, lasts ALL day!

    Hey Jarmaine, I've learnt that you're supposed to put on deodorant the night before in order for it's effect to last longer ; it needs time to "soak" into the pores and keep you from sweating. Try it, hope you get good results 😉 .

    "Jermane" try using Mitchum Roll-on 48hour UNSCENTED-it's a must to have UNSCENTED it's a unisex-Men's deodorant but it works amazing for unisex! AND I HATE WHEN ITS a roll-on & WET UNDER MY ARMS SO I DRY MY UNDER ARMS W/ a blowdryer for a few mins each until DRY and U will be so secure, sweat and stink free for the next 48hrs! I PROMISE THIS WORKS AMAZING!!!! Plz try this!

    If the diva cup seems extreme I would suggest "The softcup" (its cheaper and actually disposable.There was a "one cup/cycle verison that I LOVED but they discontinued it-sad face-) I have not had any problems with the sotcup and the only thing keeping me from going to the diva cup is because the BC option I want to switch to is not compatible. As far as storage goes, if you keep the diva up in the storage pouch in a drawer, it should be doggy safe. 🙂

    I love the diva cup way cleaner than tampons or pads u just clean it with hot water and soap and can reuse it

    Yeah just gonna add my praise for the diva cup. It's got a learning curve, but it makes up for the gross/complicated factor quickly. You don't even feel it when it's in and no dryness or diaper feeling like pads or tampons.
