I don't now why western or at least non Asian people always call indonesian dish name with some redundancy in it.
Nasi = rice
goreng = fry -> fried
Nasi goreng = fried rice
Why don't call it fried rice Indonesian style? Sure it's longer, but it makes more sense for me.
