  1. I don't now why western or at least non Asian people always call indonesian dish name with some redundancy in it.
    Nasi = rice
    goreng = fry -> fried
    Nasi goreng = fried rice

    Why don't call it fried rice Indonesian style? Sure it's longer, but it makes more sense for me.

  2. Josh maybe you can try to say: cat (yes like a cat 🐈 ) and than jap (like Japan). So cat-jap. And manis is sweet. You can say ma-nies (nies like niece). That’s the correct way 🎉

  3. You will never have enough of nasi goreng. in Malaysia we have nasi goreng kampung, nasi goreng cina, nasi goreng pataya, nasi goreng USA, nasi goreng tomyam, nasi goreng kerabu, ahhh many more.
