I reassessed many things during the worst of covid, and concluded that food is more than fuel! Cheese pizza, donuts, yes! Life is too short for denial. And all of my numbers are good in my late 60s, I keep on the move and eat mostly plant based. Zero hormones, no supplements aside from vitamin D. No alcohol but that's not deprivation because I haven't enjoyed that for many decades. My way may not be many people's way but everyone is so different, there are so many variables and you're right to have to pay attention to what makes you feel good what makes you feel blah.

New research and peer reviewed studies recently released indicate stevia, monk fruit, and similar sweeteners cause heart attacks and strokes. Just as an fyi. So I nixed them for raw honey and/or organic raw cane sugar. Just saying…

Incorporating flaxseed in my diet has done wonders for me. Also, I've discovered grounding/earthing mats. Wow! Helps with a plethora of things.
