  5. Dear Bonny Rebecca. There is a bicycle path, that starts near Tempe Railway Station ( the park on the west side of the station ), goes via Homebush Bay, i.e., Olympic Park, along the left side of Parramatta River, and finishes at the ferry wharf at Parramatta. You can either take a ferry back to Circular Quay, or ride back to Tempe. It is a 2 to 3 Hour ride one way, i.e. Tempe to Parramatta – 95% through beautiful parkland, except for a few blocks adjacent Strathfield Golf Course, to traverse the busy Parramatta Road to go to Homebush Bay. It is probably wise to check your street directory first…..Anyways, happy cycling.

  7. I would love a home workout. I workout at home 2-3 times a week. I cannot exercise too much or put too much weight on my knee's due to injuries. I would love some advice
