  8. How did you find or source all your special skilled labor for all your projects? Especially being a “transplant” resident. I say that only because we have lived in a few states that we didn’t grow up in and it’s so difficult to find professional and reputable labor for projects. Do you still have your San Diego phone number? I only ask because I have my cell number from my home state but I believe that in itself is a deterrent for local people to even return my calls even when I leave a message including where we currently live. Have you ever had a fail with your contractors or hired help? Otherwise, always looks like you are so fortunate to find honest and experienced professionals. Thanks for your time. The video was very motivating for me to spruce up our outdoor space. ☀️

  14. Your Christmas home is my favorite and your backyard is a close second. Just a gorgeous extension of your interior. I love the multitude of colors! I learn so much from you and my imagination runs wild. Thank you for sharing your home, as well as your family.

I’m a self started interior designer with some schooling and I moved from Ohio to Denver, never been here or knew anyone here, never even flee in a plane before this- but I’m trying to find someone to give me a chance at my dreams of being a designer. I’m even willing to relocate. I’m really good at what I do and I eat sleep and breathe and dream doing it and will follow anywhere I need to do make this happen.
