here's the recipe 🔽 4 tomatoes diced (deseeded) 1/2 White onion diced 2 cloves Garlic diced 1 jalapeño small bunch cilantro 2 limes juice 1Tbsp olive oil 1/2 Packet chicken bouillon 1tsp OCEAN (salt) 1/4tsp black pepper
adjust the salt at the end to your taste to make sure it's seasoned properly!
Just missing garlic, looks great
Go Cook this with less temprature for 10minutes you have nice Salsa
Looks absolutely great, but you go completely wrong with the bouillon.
you remove just the seeds or the squishy part the seeds are in?

Why not strain the diced tomatoes of the excess water. Thats alot of tomato gone after cutting.

So you cut out the inside because it will be watery…. And still we put lime juice and after that…. You save the tomato juice. You could have left the first part. So you would have more tomato juice in the end. 😅😅😅( this is my brain. Thinking something dumb 🤦🏾♀️)

I'm one of the unfortunates with that mutant taste bud. Dried cilantro isn't as bad but fresh makes it taste like someone forgot to rinse the dishes.

I wish there was a way to stop cilantro from tasting like soap. I love mexican food still but i cant imagine how much better it would be if it didnt leave a soapy aftertaste. Obviously i avoid it as much as i can but alot of the time its just part of the dish
