    hello, kathy here from pampanga. ngayon ginawa ko po ang ensaymada at sinunod ko po ang measurements, pero instead of using whole egg i use 3yolks egg then instead of oil i use butter with the exact measurents.

    Gaano po katagal dapat masahin/knead bago itabi para paalsahin? Hindi nyo po napakita kung minasa muna ang dough before rising. Thank you po.
