Please don't do the verbal translation of a live speech in a different language. I understand the concern, but it takes away the feel of the real speech. English subtitles would be better and more effective than the voice over.
It's almost certain that there will be multiple contenders for the coveted Nobel Prize for Peace, this year, as well, as it was in the past ; and atleast, one of them will certainly be from India !
