  1. That rock wall was ugly ! I thought the flooring was okay but to find real hardwood underneath wow

  2. When they opened up the kitchen they should have enlarged the view. One big window would have been really nice.
    Preferred the imperfect floors.
Bathroom looks appropriate, but noticed they stole the clawfoot tub.
    Always disappointed with their redos.

  3. I wish designers just stopped using subway tiles. I don't understand the appeal when there are so many beautiful tiles out there. The public toilets look is not for me.

  4. Certainly an improvement, but I don't get the understated staging – so not like their usual!
What is that second living space for?
I wish they'd kept the charming claw-foot tub.

Are the other homes in the neighbourhood cottage-y too?

  5. Obviously they know what they are doing and they sold it at a great profit. They are very successful.

  6. I wish the video would show the sale price & profit margin like they used to. That's a disappointment. Otherwise, nice to see the updates.

  7. This is horrible. The after house looks cheap with those ceramic tiles , painted floors, and moth-eaten lawn. It’s a no from me

  8. This is one they listed 387k but, what did it sell for? You cut the video short. ????????
