In each hour-long episode Realtor David Visentin and designer Hilary Farr compete for the homeowners’ final decision to stay or go. David’s insider perspective on the real estate market helps target listings to prospective buyers, but Hilary is determined to show homeowners that, within their budget, she can transform their worn-out house into a castle they can love.   15. Girl you need to learn how to appreciate what you have. Send her to Cambodia to live there for a month just to have her thank god that her life is so privileged in USA

  16. 1st world problems..Never understand why people can't live simply…No one would ever need that much space just to live comfortably. "…What I'm not getting…" I can only imagine what she demands from her husband..if the world is coming to an end and the only way to live is to be frugal, these people would die first.

  18. OK I was really shocked that they said they were going to list it, because Hillary did such an awesome job!!Some people just have a Natural talent in that area and she has it and it shows!! well. It is what it is.????
