  1. Why are they comparing regular lays to sea salt kale chips when the point is the salt content? It would make more sense to compare then to salt and vinegar lays chips.

  2. Dieticians look at the science of nutrition as calories in calories out, but ingredients do matter! It’s not just what the nutrition label says, it matters what’s inside.

  3. Just like the difference between butter and margarine, there is a big difference between natural sugar and added sugar.

  4. It’s all CRAP ( Calorie Rich And (highly) Processed). Your better off with fruit and vegetables every time. But very misleading way to show it.

  5. I never loved Nutri Grain cereal bars, first time tasting even without reading I felt its way too sweet for me!👎

  6. When I first saw the reporter my first thought was, 'Oh wow Monique Coleman moved to Canada and took up journalism!' Lol

  7. I agree the comparisons aren't equal (I couldn't say apples to oranges now could I) but the danger comes from the health halo effect. People are likely to eat more of a product if they think they're eating something healthy. I mean sure kale chips and potato chips are different but who is going to eat just 12?

  8. Very simple, if you cannot grow it in a garden or pick it from a tree, do not put it your tummy. That is my rule for snacks.
