Every sip from a plastic water bottle may be a sip of microplastics, nanoplastics, and hormone disruptors like BPA and phthalates.
A single liter of bottled water can contain up to 250,000 plastic particles. That’s not hydration — that’s pollution in disguise.
Here’s the truth:
⚠️ Bottled water often contains more microplastics than tap water
⚠️ It costs more over time
⚠️ It’s harming your hormones, liver, and gut
Better solution?
✔️ Check your tap water quality at EWG’s Tap Water Database
✔️ Install an NSF-certified under-sink filter (costs around $100)
✔️ Skip the plastic — use stainless steel or glass bottles
Clean water should nourish you — not poison you.
It’s time to ditch the bottle and take back your health.

Dividing is the worst – we are one humanity – Muslims are not asking – humanity is asking world leaders to stop the genocide – world leaders are corrupt – so much hardship for people’s greed
😂😂😂 microplastics.. are in all food and drinks packaged in plastic containers…not just water bottles!
Paper containers are lined with plastic, as are tin cans, and aluminium… 😂😂
Most medications are in plastic – blister packs, bottles 🙄
Glass or stainless steel..safest! 😎
What's the problem with good old glass bottles? They're waay heavier than plastic ones. Transportation is cheaper if all the bottles were made of plastic.
Poisonous? The companies don't give a fck about that. High fructose corn syrup is poisonous as well. Guess what? Mixed into 3/4 of the grocerie crap you eat.
I drink mineral water from a local fountain. 1 gallon glass bottles. The first known community lived next to that fountain, back in the Bronze Age, 2000BC.
Coming up with the bulk cost of the filters is not affordable. That’s the problem. It puts people further in debt if they can even afford to put it on credit card.
People in Thailand must be happy to see this…
You can't avoid plastic it's just in/on about everything we eat and touch.
So you can’t drink tap water, you can’t drink bottled, I can’t be going to the village well every time I want a drink
I'm just sticking to alcohol, it sounds like the safest thing to drink these days!
Millions and millions of people drink water from plastic bottles and they still get to live long and healthy. So the alarm is of no use in reality.
We have no other option in most parts of the world. If I could buy water in glass bottles I would. Buy I can't.
What about partiales of drugs in tab water?
Try the tap water here in London (UK)!!! Million times recycled human waste isn’t water anymore and no filter can take that 💩 out of it!!! Try to buy natural spring water only in glass, you need to win lottery to hydrate that way. Glass for wealthy, plastic for plebes! This cycle need global revolution, not circus WEF reset!!!
True, but the filter needs to be changed quit often.
I filter tap water with a strong filter that even removes fluride. I then store it in glass bottles.
Buy glass bottle water. Even restayrants use them now.
Have to say though we all go on about chemicals in the modern diet and world killing us but look back at history before the chemicals- people were dying far more from disgusting living conditions, lack of nutrition and dangerous bacteria and disease.
Think I prefer the chemicals.
If the human race did not have something killing us off we would overpopulate the world to the point we would all starve
Zero water filter removes micro plastics. $25 per month to replace the filter or pre filter the water with less expensive Brita filter to extend the Zero water filter to 4 months. Whole, fresh food restores minerals. Drink 1 litre of water with juice of 1 fresh lemon, pinch of Himalayan salt, mint and two drops of stevia for electrolyte hydration. Shop at farmers market for fruits and vegetables. Life is great, live simply.
"Less microplastic…"
But more lead. Gtfo love
My son uses that bottled water because it is Spring Water.
I have a reverse osmosis and it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever bought. It did not cost me $1000. It cost me around $350 Australian and it cost me around $100 every year to change the filters every three years I need to change the membrane, which is an extra $80 on top so if you do the mass you’re probably going to save money in the long line, if you invest into a reverse osmosis if you’ve got the money, do it if not all good but thinking of you and your family think of your children’s health thank you.
Genuinely curious, most water filter contain plastic (not the filter film obviously, however the general structure of most water filters is plastic. Does that not contaminate the water after passing through? Given generic water filters don't filter the micro plastics out
The hormones in tap water is turning kids LGBT.
I'm just not going to drink entirely now then. Can't drink tap water, can't drink bottled filtered mineral water, can't drink diet soda even though sweeteners have been studied for 40 years and had no negative effects on humans in small amounts. I will just, cease.
Cant drink out the bottle. Cant chop my food on a plastic cutting board. Let alone a wooden one cause mold and wood chips. Cant use my sink cause of plastic in filter. Cant shower cause of tap water having chlorine or even bleach or lead in old homes. Cant use water filter anything. Cant put on clothes cause the fabric have some shit in it. Cant eat food cause of pesticides and animal cruelty.
What? You want us to go live in the forest? 😂 where does it end?
What about our new ice cream maker with a plastic paddle, and maybe aluminum bowl?
You know something that blows my mind no matter what the you’re telling us some BS about plastic in our body, but yet her body can break down anything anything so show me the actual science where there’s micro plastics that get past my body acid show me that or gets past my kidneysand it doesn’t get filtered out. Show me show me actual physical evidence otherwise shut up.
Micro filters are made of plastics
Hogwash this is a liberal climate change initiative to scare us because they want to ban plastic
I'll just keep drinking from a hoof print out of a nasty feed Lott out in western kansas and I'll get off that dangerous bottled water & be safe 🎉 thanks😊
