Another alternative is to get an oil sprayer like a Miso and just fill it with Avocado oil. Much cheaper than buying pre-canned stuff!
There are simple pump-action sprayer bottles, like MISTO, that let you use YOUR oil of choice, not whatever the company decides to put in there.
Aside from the negative effects on your body, take a look at what you are paying, ounce for ounce, for those sprays! Get a silicone brush at Dollar Tree or Amazon or Temu, and you will get 95% of the utility of spray butter for about a dollar, forever. I keep seeing people use cooking spray on pans when they cook on the stove. Pure waste! Just put a glug of oil in the pan! Even baking dishes and such can be greased just as well, even better, if you use the brush, or your hand, and wash after. So much waste, so much cost, so much nothing that doesn't do you or the world any good. One can of spray fat should last you years, if you even want it in your house, there's so few reasons to use it.
