2 bananas.
2 and 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil (35ml).
2 tablespoons of honey (40g).
1 egg.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
~ 3/4 cup of oat flour (90g).
~ 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5g).
~ 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (3g).

some nutmeg (optional).
a pinch of cinnamon (optional).
~ 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (45g).(optional)
30-40g of dark chocolate 85%.(optional)
some dark chocolate chips for garnish (optional).

  1. Sigh. Honey = sugar. Chocolate chips are not "healthy". Oat flour = flour.

  2. Lol yes accept ..chocolate has dairy and sugar don't mention the unhealthy chocolate chips w the chemicals in it !!
