I just have a doubt.. when you are weighing the dry ingredients it falls upon the seive on top of the bowl… The mixing bowl is on the weighing scale which does not have all the ingredients in it. How do you get the weight right like that? I'm confused ..would like to know more about it.. thank you 😊
