Terrible presentation. Never mentioned the ingredients and quantities for the broth and then never mentioned the ratio of flour to butter and stock !! And then doesn’t list the ingredients under the video !! What purpose did this waste of time accomplish ???

Not to be mean but you shouldn't taste the gravy with the wooden spoon and then continue to use it to finish making the gravy.
