Japanese tempura mushrooms are much better than the crap Koreans make especially with that nasty sauce

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think this song either samples or is a remix of Bumpy’s Lament

My Indonesian farm boss did it with oyster mushrooms and MSG (aka salt on crack). Awesome shit.

That's 버섯 강정(mushroom Gangjeong) or 버섯 탕수 (mushroom tangsu) it's common school lunch menu in Korea

  10. @kooooojoda

It's interesting because you call it Korean mushroom when enoki is totally a Japanese word.

Then give the recipe if you actually think it's so great. This is no way to get a Webbie award.

Edit – after slowing it down to 1/2 speed (I still don't know amounts for most of it, but it's pretty guessable):
Bunch of enoki mushrooms, cut off the base and slice into smaller stacks.
Combine 1/2c flour, 1/4c potato starch, some baking powder & fine sea salt, 1/2t white pepper. Dunk mushrooms in it.
In pan – some amounts of: gochujang, catsup, honey, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, all to a boil. Heat off; add minced onion and garlic. Immerse mushrooms in the sauce and scatter with sesame seeds.
